Full-time, E-Commerce Project Lead, Columbia, MD 
This position requires a BA degree and at least 8 years of experience, with
good 
project leadership skills and the technical knowledge to support it. Experience

with Java, INET, and ASP would be helpful. Position responsibilities include 
task assignment and mentoring team members. This is an opportunity to work in a
team environment on a large projects, with the opportunity to learn INET. 5% 
travel is required.


Job#2 
Full-time, Java Programmers(2), Columbia, MD 
Positions require BA degrees and at least 6 years of experience in requirement 
gathering and analysis, design, solution vision, DB, INET, and understanding of

systems, as well as the ability to program in Java. Knowledge of Silverstream, 
Enterprise Java Beans, XML, and/or XSL would be helpful. This is an opportunity

to work in a team environment on a large projects. No travel is required.


Job#3 
Full-time, SilverStream Developer, Columbia, MD 
BS in computer science and 5 years experience required. Skills required: heavy 
Java experience, OO A&D, good client interface skills, requirements gathering. 
Pluses: strong Project Leadership skills, SilverStream development exp., 
understanding and aptitude for "farming" business. Will work as part of a lead 
team to "hit the beaches" on new SilverStream accounts. Will be charged with 
getting initial application up and running as well as "farming" additional 
business for IMPACT. Environment will be sites of major corporations
nationwide. 
Position will be a lead role, developing cutting edge e-commerce sites.
Training 
is available for this position. Opportunity to learn SilverStream and Java up 
to an expert level. Position requires a willingness to travel 25% - 50%.
