WANTED: Web site designer for contract design work (any location)

REQUIREMENTS:
Existing portfolio showing strong design (send URL)
Final product in Photoshop 4 layered

BONUS:
Mac
Hand coding
Free form drawing ability
Located in North America or England

JOB:
Temporary contract position with potential for on-going work. Generate 
designs and ideas from spec document, refine and possibly implement in 
HTML. (No Javascript - we have our own routines.) Designs include 
mouseovers and possible small latent animations.
