Dear Freelancer,

One of our client's is nearing completion of the Planning and Strategy phase
on their Internet Web presence. We will soon begin preparing the final
proposal (within 3 weeks) to present the plan and cost to develop their
Internet presence. A previous team was used to complete the Planning and
Strategy phase. We are now in need of individuals with the required skill
set to implement the plan, and assist in the final quoting task.
We are open to telecommuters who meet the requirements detailed on our
application site, but preference will be given to local talent in the
Greater Toronto Area, and then surrounding regions, first.
The accepted Freelance applicant may be consulted prior to the actual
proposal, in order to approve and commit to the project's next phase of
requirements. The client desires to have the site completed and launched by
the end of July, 2000.

WebWham utilizes a strategic and market driven planning model in developing
web site initiatives for our clients. You will be expected to accept our
business model and adhere to its guidelines during the development phase.
You will report directly/electronically to the Project Producer who reserves
final judgement on all decisions during the project.
