Job Title: Senior Web Designer
Location: Houston, TX or Austin, TX
Salary: $60,000 to $90,000 (plus stock options)

seeks experienced Senior Web Designers to add to their team.
As a Senior Web Designer, one of the most creative and advanced members of
the team, you will develop and implement interactive website pages with
dynamic content.

Senior Web Designers will work in an agency type environment. Candidates
need to possess a strong background in e-commerce with experience in
creating front ends for commercial websites.

Qualified Senior Web Designer candidate will possess:
College degree in Graphic Arts or Design plus a minimum of 4 years of web
design experience to include at least 2 years of web design and development
experience using advanced tools such as Flash/Shockwave.
Extremely detail-oriented and self-motivated, and have a high level of
accomplishment in concept, composition, typography, drawing, photography and
other means of image-creation, not merely image-manipulation.
Must know the Internet and be actively working in the industry and be up to
date on the profession.
Must have exceptional knowledge of design principals, design software tools,
and online implementation of design.
Website design & implementation experience.
HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark experience.
Flash, Home Site, Fireworks & Dreamweaver experience.
Must be able to work on a team of Web Developers and Designers (department
will eventually grow to 40+ people).
Links to on-line portfolio with links to website URL's for which you were
the primary developer (required).
Must be energetic, innovative and willing to initiate design direction on
cutting-edge of the web.

Competitive compensation structure, based on base salary, commission and
options.

Base salary for this position: $60,000 to $90,000
Other benefits include employer paid healthcare, 4+ weeks vacation, matching
401(k), educational reimbursement, and flexible work hours.
Travel required: about 20%-30%
