CONTRACT/PART-TIME WEB DEVELOPERS [Toronto or Boston]

We are an early stage Application Service Provider (ASP) of Human Resource
and Knowledge Management web-enabled solutions. The founder has provided 
the initial investment to design and develop an Alpha version of the company's
base product. We are opening two offices in Toronto, ON and Boston, MA.

We are seeking Web Developers on a part-time or contract basis to assist the
company in developing its Beta product. We will begin closing on an
additional round of financing in September. We are willing to offer both
cash and stock options. Nonetheless, we will give stronger consideration to
qualified individuals willing to invest their talent for a stake in the
company's success.

We are seeking Web Developers that understand ASP software development, and 
dynamic template-based design and development. Intermediate to Advanced
skills in HTML, JavaScript, ASP, ColdFusion, MS-SQL, OR Perl/CGI is
required.

Only North American applicants will be considered. Applicant must be willing
to work onsite in either Toronto or Boston. Company is willing to consider
relocation and living expenses as part of the compensation package.
