Position: WEB SENIOR PROGRAMMER
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Status: Permanent / Full Time
Compensation: $50K - $75K (DOE), comprehensive benefits package

EDUCATIONAL & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* BS in Computer Science or related field
* Active Server Pages (ASP) a must
* Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with HTML/DHTML, ASP, JSP, 
JavaScript
* Proficient skills with PhotoShop, CorelDraw, Macromedia, DreamWeaver, 
Director and Flash
* CREATIVITY A MUST!!!
* MUST HAVE AN ARTISTIC FLAIR!!!
* Knowledge of Microsoft Site Server a plus
* Certifications a plus
* Knowledge of JavaScript
* Experience with Web Based Application Development
* Needs to be a team player, self-motivated, and committed to deadlines
* Well organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Must be able to work with a highly technical team. Responsible for design 
strategy and technical development of front end tools. Develop, design and 
create active server web pages. Constantly create multimedia website to 
include latest technologies. Prepare graphics and database connectivity and 
be responsible for the manipulation and development of graphics which will 
include connectivity to web sites. Fine tune, enhance, upgrade support Web 
Environment. Provide project plans for Web Page design projects. Assist in 
meeting critical IT goals and objectives. Work with the Web Development 
staff to ensure quality product and client services. Must possess 
creativity and an assertive artistic talent .
