We are seeking experienced, self-motivated, energetic, driven Java=20
Developers to join our dedicated development staff.



Key Duties & Responsibilities:



=A7         Develop applications on a Sun Solaris platform using Java,=20
JavaBeans, Enterprise Java Beans, and Object Oriented Design.

=A7         Create written Java Bean and EJB application requirements

=A7         Work with and/or manage the off-shore development team

=A7         Code reviews

=A7         Quality control testing

=A7         This position will grow into hiring and managing a team of Java=
=20
developers

=A7         Developing the world=92s best and most exciting Java 1.2=
 applications!



Experience & Qualifications:

=A7         Must be self motivated and self directed

=A7         Expert grasp of Java development practices
Experience with: Java Beans, JDBC, JavaScript, Java Servlets, EJB, and=20
OOD.=20
Prior .com experience preferred

=A7         SQL

=A7         Oracle 8i

=A7         BS/CS Computer Science .

=A7         2-5 years of proprietary software development or E-commerce site=
=20
experience

=A7         2 + years of Java development experience

Our compensation package is competitive and includes pre-IPO stock,=20
