COLD FUSION DEVELOPERS
Small, progressive knowledge management and decision support company seeks
developers with 2+ years experience in Cold Fusion development. Candidates
with less Cold Fusion experience but other relevant computer programming
experience will be considered. Company is located in Washington, DC, and
Northern Virginia, with convenient access to Metro and carpool lanes.
Company provides support to commercial and Federal customers, and plans to
market a web-based information system product this year. Company has been
in business since 1992. Size is currently 44 people, and will be held to
less than 100 people to maintain the necessary flexibility and speed of
response to our customers.
Developers need to work in a fast-paced development, production, and
support environment. Software must be robust and scalable. The customer is
considered a team-member and a critical part of the work environment.
Company is currently at Level 1 of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) of
the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). Company is committed to earning
Level 2 by the end of 2000, and progressing to Level 5. See
