Location: Scottsdale, AZ.

Experience & Characteristics of a successful candidate:
* Consulting experience with ability to discern and document network
environment challenges and prescribe technology solutions.
* Experience with courseware development.
* Dynamic presentation and instructional skills
* Subject Matter Expert status on the Windows 2000 Operating System
* Experience with hands-on laboratory situations.
* Writing ability a plus
* Teachable to adjust, extend and improve presentation and instructional
skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Deliver Technical Workshops on Windows 2000-related topics
* 50% travel

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or
university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:
Fluent English is required. Bi-lingual or conversational fluency in either
French, German or Spanish are a plus.

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office, Word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail,
Contact Management software.

Job Title: Learning Consultant
Reports To: Inside Sales Supervisor
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Sales/Marketing
Location: Scottsdale, AZ.

Summary: Sells instructor-led, web-based, and interactive, multi-media
training on technology products to Information Technology professionals.
Learning Consultants will be based in and work out of our corporate
headquarters office in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Experience & Characteristics of a successful candidate:

* High-energy, dynamic sales professional with a minimum of 1-2 years
business to business sales experience as an Inside Sales professional in an
outbound telesales environment.
* Experience selling services and software to mid-sized businesses, Fortune
1000 companies and local, state and federal government agencies is
preferred.
* Strong cold calling, account penetration, development and management
skills are preferred.
* Must have experience in quickly establishing rapport with prospects,
identifying their needs, making appropriate recommendations with
trainAbility IT training solutions, and closing sales.
* Must be professional, articulate, polished, and have the drive to exceed
expected revenue goals. Experience exceeding revenue goals of $500K or more
is preferred.
* Must be a goal-oriented achiever with a desire to grow professionally.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills required.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
* Outstanding organizational and time-management skills are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Will prospect, qualify, cold call and close sales over the phone in a
fast-paced, high- energy professional telesales environment selling
trainAbility's public workshops, customized on-site instructor-led training
and technology delivered learning solutions to IT professionals locally,
regionally, nationally and internationally.
* Will communicate with, problem-solve, build relationships and sell to all
levels of IT professionals: from the technician level through the VP or CIO
level.
* Will develop, articulate and recommend appropriate IT training and
consulting solutions to customers.
* Will position trainAbility services ahead of the competition.
* Will work cross-departmentally with various organizations within
trainAbility to coordinate and deliver IT training solutions to
trainAbility's customers.
* Will meet and/or exceed a minimum annual revenue goal of $500K by adhering
to minimum productivity requirements set by trainAbility management.
* Will be wildly successful because you want to take the next step in your
career as a sales professional.

Education/Experience:
1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Language Ability:
Fluent English is required. Bi-lingual or conversational fluency in either

* Train-the-Trainer experience.
* Teachable to adjust, extend and improve presentation and instructional
skills.
* Previous management experience a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Mentoring of other ConsulTrainers.
* Independent consultation and project management
* Manage business unit projects.
* Deliver Technical Workshops on Windows 2000-related topics
* 30% - 50% travel
