One of my clients has been using this service for years and has had no
problems with them.

http://efax.com/

They used to be called FaxSav. I think the cost is US$0.10 per fax, anywhere
in the US

If you have access to your own server or if your web hosting company has it
set up, there are several server fax utilities. However, you may end up
paying long distance fees depending on where you are faxing to, so you may
as well pay the 10 cents.

If you go to Tucows.com and search for "fax servers" you'll find a long list
of options.

Have fun,
Paul Varese
