Perl regex question

Greetings all,

In a regex is there a way to affect a previously captured value. ie:

s/blahblah([0-9]+)\-($1+1)/blahblah$1, blahblah$2/g;
                     ^^^^
where the ^^^^ item is the first captured value plus one?
