Anybody have success using convlog.exe which comes with IIS4? My IIS logs are in the default MS Internet log format: > #Software: Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0 > #Version: 1.0 > #Date: 1999-09-22 00:00:21 > #Fields: time c-ip cs-method cs-uri-stem sc-status > 00:00:21 208.251.149.104 GET /images/03-sel.gif 200 > 00:00:24 208.251.149.104 GET /images/04-sel.gif 200 > 00:00:24 208.251.149.104 GET /images/fog.jpg 200 > 00:00:24 208.251.149.104 GET /images/strip-ifa.GIF 200 > 00:00:29 206.57.60.140 GET /http-ping.html 200 > 00:01:30 206.57.60.140 GET /http-ping.html 200 But convlog.exe just reports zero logs processed. So I'm hopin' for a lightening bolt of insight - or some other tool that'll convert the above to the Common Log Format (CLF) before I punt and just put something together in Perl. -John
