Pagemaker to HTML?

Hi!

   I hope I'm on Topic with this question (I'm starting to loose track on
what IS OT in all the hwg-lists). If not, kindly tell me where I'd be
better served, thank you.

   I have a client who until now posted his price Lists on the web using
PDFs. 
   He'd now like to post them as HTML Files. Problem is: The Pagemaker to
HTML conversion of pagemaker is... well... not what he needs (PDF tables do
NOT get converted into HTML Tables - whatever the reason...). He doesn't
want to cut and paste from Pagemaker to Dreamweaver (his editing tool) AND
we tried importing an HTML-FIle into Pagemaker (with as near as good
results as the other way around...).

So: does anybody know of any way of exporting PDF/Pagemaker Files to HTML
(a cgi, some free-/ share- payware on Wintel or Unix, or ANY other way)
which actually DOES work as expected?
