I agree, then again I am a proponent of HWG setting that feature up
automatically.  Case in point your message today ended up in the trash bin
and would have ended up unread save for the HWG in the subject line.

Good morning everyone:

I belong to a few lists from HWG.  I get so much junk mail that
sometimes I delete legitimate emails from other list members. I know
because I see responses to questions I have not read. Although I have
created rules in Outlook some emails slip by and do not get moved.

I have a suggestion that I think would help me see that this is email
from an HWG list or member:  Can we put HWG at the beginning of the
subject of messages sent to the list or to individuals (just like I did
above)? IMHO, that would reduce the unwitting deletion of messages.
