It works equally well in IE5.5 (Win98) but not in Opera 6.0
(Win98) (width ignored)... but the REALLY bad thing is that
NN4.75 (Win98) doesn't show any *links* at all !!! There are
just five boxes with red borders but no content, all aligned
vertically to the left within the white-bordered box...
