Database application service providers

Does anyone know of an Application Service Provider who offers MySQL
database storage/connectivity?  I know that ASPs are the "big thing" right
now in B2B commerce, so I figure there's got to be at least *one* out there.
I see plenty of "bells and whistles" ASPs that provide things like email,
search engines, and file storage, but I've not really looked seriously for
database storage.  The key to ASPs is that they would allow outside linking,
whereas many hosts do not, and not all hosts support databases.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
