Need Scripts Parsed

I would like to have my scripts parsed for include statements.  Is there
some way I can do this?  I've already told it to parse my html & htm files.
I've tried this:

AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .html .htm .cgi .pl

but that doesn't seem to work.
