CuteFTP does indeed have a type of synchronization. In CuteFTP 4, Once both
directories you wish to synchronize are displayed on screen, click COMMANDS,
DIRECTORY, COMPARE DIRECTORIES (or simply press F11). It then gives options
to match (or not match) via filename case, filesize, and date. It highlights
files that are different between the two directories, which then allows you
to either upload or download the differences.
