well, yeah, that would be kinda silly, wouldn't it

that particular article was about ie6 quirks mode, and how the cell
*contents* of a centered table got centered, and how people were suddenly
facing the daunting tasks of adding align=left to all their table cells!!

in fact it was one of the first articles on the standards/quirks subject to
hit the net, as you can see by the floundering in the many comments posted
to it

otherwise, al, your links were great, especially the websitetips.com one
