You should ensure that your page opens in a blank window or something that 
I do frequently is add a page on the client's site that explains (briefly) 
the range of services you provide. That way the visitors can be easily 
logged and only those that have finished with your client's site (so the 
argument will go) will then leave from that page to your site.

Your page will contain the client's standard format - with all the links 
they require to other parts of their site.
