Make your documents, each page separately, as PhotoShop docs. save as pdfs
using the Print  command and choosing Virtual Printer as your print option.
Then in Acrobat Distiller 4, you can open one of the pdfs, insert pages
from the other docs, and voila!

...of course, you need Acrobat 4 and Virtual Printer, so if you don't have
those you might just want to take the .ps docs to your nearest Kinko's...
