There are a couple things to consider when thinking about which way is
"best". It used to be that whatever way was easiest for you was the way
that's "OK". Remember: HTML is not case-sensitive. Entities and some
attribute values are. This all will change when XML is supported. In XML,
element names *must* be capitalized, their attributes *must* be written in
lowercase, and *all* values for those attributes *must* be quotes, like so:
<PARAM name="foo" />
Just a little food for thought. Personally, like Jim and Ben, I write my
HTML in all CAPS for readability. HTH! ;-)
