need help!!

 Hi, I am working on a page of mine and not sure what I am doing wrong. I 
want the title to be center and have used the align codes, but its not 
working.

Im trying to get the page validated but it shows alot of mistakes but I must 
be blind or just dont know of the right coding..
Please help!!
