If I am correct, the </p> will close the <p align="center">

So I would try either:

... adding a <center> or removing the </center>

Note: I tried to edit your site in FrontPage but it kept
"crashing" my FrontPage Explorer. The page would never completely
load. First time I've ever seen that happen. Don't know if it's
your code or something caused by Geocities ???

Normally, one can make the changes and note the new code it took
to fix it, but alas--not this time.
