Off Topic: 3" CD's ?

Hello everybody,
First of all, I'd like to apologise for the off-topic mail :-)

Now, does somebody have an indea, where I might be able to order 3 inch CD-R's
(I'm not quite sure how big they are, but I'm know I'm pretty close). The normal
CD's are something like 5 inches wide.

Re-writable CD's would also do.
