Cold Fusion and IE?

Greetings folks,

I've run into a kinda weird problem - at least, *I* think it's weird. The
online football league I play in uses Cold Fusion to build, maintain, and
run their site. I have no idea what g'zactly CF is, but that's neither here
nor there. Anyways, as a rabid IE 5.5 user, I've found that most of the time
I am unable to perform some of the functions required of coaches (uploading
playbooks is the big thing). The thing is, this Cold Fusion thing works just
fine with Netscrape and AOL - both of which I refuse to use.

Here's the source code for the entire page, since I'm not sure what's
causing the problem. Basically, when I click on the upload button at the
bottom of the page, the page refreshes but the upload (a file transfer from
my PC to the site) never happens. Any quick and easy ideas on how to fix it?

Also, so I don't have to feed everyone the entire page next time, would some
kind soul please point out the pieces of this page that are causing my
grief, and educate me?
