I have the same problem, primarily with mail to my web site (including too
many Klez's to count!).  I ended up putting in a filter for the sender's
address (which is probably spoofed), AND word strings from the message, and
Subject line, as nearly each contains several words that are exactly the
same.  Now my mail is slower as I've got so many filters set up, but I'm
finding it works.
