demon possessed table

The above url is a link to a site I am really having trouble with. It is
built in a table with links across the top and links down the left side.
EVERYTIME I do ANY adjusting to this table it goes NUTS.

Yesterday, I validated it. I had been working all day and made the cardinal
mistake of not checking before posting. But then all I did was validate it,
right. Now it is a scrambled mess. UGH!

I need to add to this site. The client has more poems to add to it  is a
site of original poetry]. Any help will be appreciated. Other wise I am
going to start over.
