Puzzling Email

This is my first time in a long, long time to write for help.  I hope I've
written to the correct list.  If not, will you please forgive me and direct
me to the proper place?

I am stumped by an e-mail I received and need some help, please.  The person
writing is wanting to add a link to my site to her site and she sent me the
following e-mail.  I've copied it verbatim.  It says:

my web site is lock(SSL)  If add link to my web site it unlock and that not
good
it picture part (gif) not lock . so if you want me to add link need to be
lock

Can anyone help me figure out what she means and what I can do about it?
