Browser Detection???

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a browser detection script
that only recognizes IE 5.5 and would redirect that user to another site, OR
point me in a direction that I could learn to develop one for my self? Any
help would be very much appreciated.  I am finding that IE 5.5 is not always
displaying images properly on some sites.
