oh! there are some tweaks for this... it has to do with some registry
setting obviously. try regedit site [1] for some core work and you
might find a solution.

My suggestion? Go to XTEQ site [2] and download X-Setup. It has a
small plug-in (installs by default i might add) that will re-set the
browser window to it's "proper" size and location, aka, default value.
