A silly question...

Hi all,

I have a (probably) silly question, but I need to know as I am writing a
proposal for a redesign of an existing site. The site is done in frames and
will stay that way, but I need to know if frames will have any effect on
text-reader browsers as part of the redesign is to be sure the site will
work well in all browsers including these. Any ideas on this would be
greatly appreciated.
