Hi

Depending on which of these you want to do there are a number of ways of
doing it.

To include the current day/date you can do this either by using a small
piece of javascript or by using server side includes (SSI).

To show the date the file was last updated can either be included in the
HTML coding or again by using SSI's.

SSI's depend on how the server your site is hosted on is configured, so you
would need to get in touch with them to check.
