I don't see it with IE 5 on Windows98, but I checked your code and you have
three empty table rows in that space.

If you check the html, it looks like this:

  </tr>
  <tr> </tr>
  <tr> </tr>
  <tr> </tr>
</table>

Take out the three empty <tr> </tr> pairs and that should fix the problem.
