Just wanted to let you know that the thing about notepad is not true.
You simply write whatever you want to in NotePad and then do the following.
File -> Save As -> set the 'File name' with the ending of .htm (or .html,
whichever you like better) -> set 'Save as type' to All Files (*.*) (This
is important).

When you set the 'Save as type' to all files then it doesn't add the .txt to
the ending of the name. Works for me at least :-)

Just to let you know :-)

Best wishes,
