the extra head and body tags are what happens when you use the include =
tag. if you look at the true source code (not a view source in the =
browser, but actually download the webpage and view it in notepad) you =
see that that's what the include command does. the true source looks =
somewhat like this
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
<tr>
<td> <--#include file=3D"filename.html"--> </td>
</tr>
</body>
</html>
it includes a entire seperate html page including head, body, and html =
tags.
any other suggestions?

I found more than one pair of open and close BODY tags. This will =
confuse many
browsers, so you should remove the extra pairs. I don't know if will =
help solve your problem or not.
