On a different page I get these errors from the W3C Validater

a.. Line 105, column 71: cannot generate system identifier for general
entity "Pic"

general entity "Pic" not defined and no default entity

reference to entity "Pic" for which no system identifier could be generated

entity was defined here

And here is the code:

It is the URL to a page in the "Lexicon of Parrots"

If I take off the "&pic=265_1.JPG"  I get a page with the text but no
picture.

I guess I'm not just wanting to know how to fix this & the previous
Validation problem but to understand "WHY" they are not passing, If my
pea-brain can even comprehend all this code, LOL
