Here is what I got out of the header:

First, I checked out

http://www.no-id.com

and as I'm sure you are aware it's a site that sets up an "untraceable"
email router. However, when a person sets up "alias" they need to put a
forwarding email address. In your case the return path is

<bin(at)pistol.cde.com>

So, I checked out

http://www.cde.com

This is where you kinda hit the wall. CDE stands for Craig's Data Exchange,
an ISP in Orlando, FL. It looks like CDE was recently bought out by MPInet
(Micro Products, Inc.). All this is to say that if you wish to pursue your
quest to identify the email sender you will most likely need to contact
MPInet (who knows how helpful they may be). The snail mail address is:

1101 North Keller Rd, suite E
Orlando, FL 32810
Phone: 1-800-251-8485

Or, obviously you can go to the CDE website listed above (which is where I
got all this info). Whatever your reason is for attempting to ID the
sender, I would save the email - especially the header. Hope this helps!
John :]
