Info on clicks, hits on anothers website

Hi y'all:

Is it possible to gather stats on another domain other than your own?

I am developing a site that will have a link off from www.familysearch.com. 
This site is reported to have over 4000 hits per second. I would like to see 
just how many of those visitors are clicking on links that direct them to 
secondary sites. This information would help me determine the infrastructure 
I'll need to incorporate to handle the linked hits from their page. The FS site 
webmaster is not available for me to gather this information and our link goes 
live Monday.
