Well you could, theoretically, have a hidden field in a "master form." In=
 this hidden field you could build a list out of the contents of each "sub=
 form", that would look like this:  (where you have three forms, named=
 form1 form2 form3)


form1name=3Djoe&form1city=3Dtoronto&form2phone=3D555-5555&form3product=3Dthe=
bestproduct

As each element of the miniform is completed, you just append the info to=
 the hidden field.  When all of the forms are done, just submit that one=
 "master form" and strip out the data on the other side, using the "&" (or=
 anyother character) as a delimiter.  

Of course, this is all off the top of my head and I am haven't tried it=
 out...
