Frames

Hi List,

I'm working on a site that uses frames. Yup, evil frames! 

Anyway, the page is broken into three. Title, menu and content. Only the
content window scrolls(vertically). I thought I used all the <frame>
attributes required, but apparently not... :0

In IE 5.5 the title and menu images line up. in NN 4.7 the title extends
between 5 to 10 pixels. I checked the code and am stumped. 

Jumping between NN and IE, I get the impression that its a margin value
that I'm missing for NN but...????

Any thoughts, suggestions?
