Amazon tabs?

Hi,

A while back there was a discussion about a navigation system with tabs
such as used by Amazon.com
I've tried searching the archives but can't find the info.  Can anyone help?

What I need is a system that shows the main pages and when one of these is
clicked on it will show a new system with that particular page's navigation.
