S.O.S.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay..  this might be a little off topic.. but forgive me..

I have just recently been promoted...  and I am now doing site statistics on 
each of our webpages...  and I am taking our job a little further and doing 
checks and balances as well....
SO...

What i need to know is.. Where can i get information online about how to do 
such things?  We are an e-commerce company...  basically..  I need to build 
reports... like.. determining how much of our content is commerce driven 
content...  these sorts of things...  how many clicks per site.. where they 
originated from.. etc  

ANY help would be great..  THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
