The answer should have been in the previous thread "Web Fonts", although 
probably not explained clearly enough :)

To specify more than one font, simply list ALL the fonts you want to try to 
match separated by a comma!  The browser will start with the first, and 
progressively move to the next suggestion if it isn't available.

For example, using:

"Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"
means Helvetica will be used if available, otherwise it will use Arial, and 
if that isn't available it will use the default sans-serif font.
