If each company is specified as a link on the "company page" the link can
be to the "employee page" for the clicked company
something like this
<a href=<url_to_compnay_employee_page>Company Name</a>
That way each company will have it's own employee page and this will not
slow the loading of the main company page. And when you have to make an
update to a specific company you will only have to change their employee page.
Of course you can do the same thing for company details page, that is have
a separate one for each company. If you start to require more links between
different types of information you may want to look at using a simple
database but that will depend on what you host supports.
