Hi all,
I have a question about linking to an MS Excel file. I have created
several company sites that all sit on a server behind a firewall, hence I
cannot give you the URLs. Everyone in the company uses NN as it comes
"pre-installed" on all our systems, so I haven't tried this with IE.
Whenever someone clicks on a link to an Excel file, they get the "Open it
or Save it" option. When selecting "Open it", it always opens _behind_ the
browser. The taskbar shows that Excel is open, but one must minimize the
browser in order to see the Excel file. MS Word documents launch in _front_
of the browser with no problem. I create the link the same way for both
file types.
Does anyone have an idea why this might be happening and how I might
resolve it?
Thanks,
Teri Mobley
