@import is used in CSS, <link> in (X)HTML, so you can merge CSS for a
general XML document using @import.
If you had a large number of pages where you needed to use 6 or 7 CSS, it
would be easier to link them all to a CSS with 6 0r 7 @imports rather than
linking each page directly to 6 or 7 uncombined sheets.
