I believe there's a difference between putting out multitple  copies of software, and selling or giving 
away the one copy of software you are no longer using and have removed from your computer. You could give 
your old software to a local non-profit, for example, along with your old computer.

With the online trading, do you have any way of knowing whether it's a clean license?
