jump menu in Netscape

Hi Group!

I am having a problem with a simple jump menu in Netscape Navigator, 
when I view  the page in Internet Explorer, everything works fine, 
but in NN, the jump menu is missing and the "go" button is way off to 
the side.  The strangest thing is, I can view other jump menu's on 
the web, but when I copy them and paste them directly to this page, 
they do the same thing. Could someone please have a quick look at 
this and give me some insight?

in question is under the "find it" image.
