insert data into form question

Hi All,

I'm having a problem trying to figure out how to write code so I can 
call up data from a previous page to insert in a box on a form. I am 
working on a car dealer website. I want people to be able to click on 
a page that (will eventually) have more info on a certain car. At the 
bottom of that page I will have a link to a form  so they can get 
more info on that car.

Here is the form I have written:

http://www.parkwaychevrolet.net/sendinfo.html

In the box that says:
"Please send me more information regarding the: .........."
I want to insert the name of the car that appears at the top of the 
previous page. Here is a sample car page (no form link on the bottom 
yet):

I would appreciate any help you can give me.
